BULGARIAN POLYETHYLENE PACKAGING MAKER ISSUES BONDS WORTH 6M EUROS

Bulgarian polyethylene packaging producer Assenova Krepost has issued bonds worth 6 million euros that were sold through partial offering, the company announced. The maturity date is January 30th 2015, and the annual interest of the bonds is 11% due every six months.

Within six months, the issue will be registered for trade at the Bulgarian Stock Exchange after the secondary offering prospectus is confirmed. The first meeting of Assenova Krepost's bondholders will take place on February 27th in the company's headquarters in Asenovgrad.

The Supervisory Board has approved a proposal by the Managing Board to issue the bonds on January 30th. The company did not reveal what the funds generated through the issuance will be used for.
